Precision Transport Inc. of Avon is seeking a candidate familiar with 4 and 5 star hotel guest services.
You will be responsible for marketing and corporate sales. Possibly social media visibility as well.
Interested candidates should be well groomed, outgoing, maintain professional appearance, have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to communicate very well.

Title: Marketing, Hotel Sales, Social Media Director
Reports to: Owner
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Increase business by creating solid relationships with concierges, business owners, managers, and front desk personnel, from Vail and Beaver Creek, to Aspen and Steamboat.
-Work with Owner and future employees to increase awareness with all avenues of marketing the company.
-Manage social media ads, posts, photos, etc.
- Research groups coming to Vail Valley to create relationships and group sale business for Precision Transport Inc. Cold call hotels,
chambers, group sale coordinators if necessary to know who is coming to Vail.
- Create calendar of events and happenings in Vail and surrounding areas.
- Ensure that all clients are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
- Get to know our hotel clients by Name.
- Develop, plan and help carry out Limo service marketing, advertising and promotional activities and campaigns. Develop programs to attract new customers.
- Develop concierge, group sales, program with all hotels and lodges.
- Be the Ambassador for Precision Transport, make sure you know all concierges, group sales coordinators.
- Develop a program to get to know business owners who would send us business. Minimum one hour a day should be spent on creating relationships with Concierges, Business Owners, Chambers, local organizations, and private clubs.
- Work with owner to help develop unique ways to increase business.
Future responsibilities:
- Maintain frequency card program & email promotional program.
- Plan special events, holiday events, promotions and charity events.
- Book and/or assist in booking events. Create Banquet Event Orders
- Follow up with billing and guest satisfaction.
- Completely understand all policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and training programs, create them when necessary.
- Help in achieving budgets, sales goals, cost of sales, labor and operating cost.
- Meet/Greet guests prior to events.
- Execute group functions, from beginning to end.
- Create a program to help bring in group business. Make a targeted number of sales calls per week to hotels, chambers, businesses to bring in Group Business. Make a targeted number of in-person presentations to hotels, group sales, chambers and businesses to make sure they know about Precision Transport Inc.
- Represent Precision Transport Inc. at community and local events and work closely with visitors bureaus, and business associations.
- Help manage website and social networking sites; make sure they are up to date and working properly.
- Participate in professional organizations to maintain high visibility and promote sales.
- Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, and appearance of company through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
Qualifications:
- Be 24 years of age or older.
- Be able to read, write understand, and comprehend the English language.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, & Hotel Management preferred but not necessary.
- Have knowledge of customer service and hospitality three years of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions.
- Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate computer systems.
