Manager / Director Level Position, Dispensary Operations
Based in Summit County, CO (office and/or home office location)
Compensation
Year 1 (12 months) shall be compensated at a rate of $300 per full deployment for first 15 dispensaries, increasing to $400 per full deployment per dispensary including a back bonus of $100 per unit for first 20 deployments.
Years 2 and beyond shall be compensated at $450 per deployment, plus 7% of Cann-Ads 25% NET Income.
Employment Type: 1099 $90,000 ann. OTE First 12 months

Our Ideal Candidate:
Shall be very knowledgeable and possess experience a minimum of 5 years in cannabis dispensary operations. Will be responsible for educating dispensaries across recreational and medicinal only dispensaries. The ability to provide monthly reports on the market growth and legislation that affects the national and international dispensary markets. Shall utilize missionary and channel partnerships to achieve dispensary deployments of the Cann-Ad Digital Marketing system(s) as per prescribed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
This position is responsible for tracking deployment performance and dispensary feedback, in addition to selecting and recommending solutions for dispensaries to increase revenue.
Job Duties
This position shall develop, direct and oversee Cann-Ad application deployments to dispensaries in recreational cannabis dispensaries in the US. Providing direction and feedback and market dynamics information to management on a bi-weekly basis. Shall develop, implement and maintain a dispensary unit sales/prospect management program.
Research, recommend, and assist with the implementation of new and/or enhanced deployment systems.
Manage, coordinate, and lead the execution of on-site field testing, primarily related to the efficacy of the Cann-Ad digital marketing platform and services.
Develop Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and corresponding reports summarizing the observations and beta and field testing and provide formal recommendations to CEO.
KPIs shall include, but not by limited to:
Monthly update reports covering the market size of current and future state legalization
Responsible for deployments from dispensary order to equipment testing and logistics
Obtain dispensary deployment commitments at a minimum of 6-8 stores per month on average
Identify best target markets, by state and/or region, to contact yourself and channel partners
Build a pipeline of deployment stores, obtain vendor list, inform Sales Managers, and logistics mngr.
Monitor and track deployment orders to assure proper Cann-Ad application store badging, advertisements, and final acceptance testing of each deployment and logistics for delivery
