Small Steamboat Property Management Company seeking highly organized, skilled Office and Admin Assistant. Only locals need apply, please.
Desired:
-Self-starter with positive attitude, motivated to work independently and able to stay on task without oversight.
-Detail-oriented and able to efficiently manage multiple projects at once.
-Strong computer/MS Office skills, computer/printer troubleshooting, research.
-Ability to type at a rate appropriate for dictation.
-Reliable year-round transportation necessary. Willingness to drive 8 miles outside of Steamboat to scenic, Strawberry Park location daily, year-round.
-Quicken and QuickBooks experience a plus.
Duties:
-Maintain daily office operations, supplies purchasing, phone calls, mail, emails, file management, and office organization. Streamline processes whenever possible for efficiency.
-Maintain detailed, accurate daily notation for tasks completed and upcoming projects.
-Coordinate and set up travel plans with price comparison shopping. Update travel documentation and tracking spreadsheet.
-Respond to commercial rental inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
-Interact with tenants, vendors and team in a positive, productive manner.
-Timeliness in creating and updating leases, lease extensions.
-Create and maintain parking contracts and spreadsheets.
-Real estate/rental ad creation and upkeep.
-Inspect and document commercial units for tenant occupancy.
-Assist bookkeeper where necessary (with training).
