Breckenridge Organic Therapy is hiring! We are seeking full/part-time Budtenders/Retail Sales. We are looking for badged, knowledgeable, and professional candidates to join our top tier team - we have shifts available immediately. We offer competitive hourly pay and special employee pricing. Our Budtenders primary duties include ensuring accuracy when ringing up sales, providing excellent customer service, verifying ID's, cash handling, and making recommendations and educating new and experienced customers. Only friendly candidates ready to provide the highest level of customer service should apply.
Potential applicants should:
Have exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Must be 21+ and have or be able to obtain a Colorado MED Employee License.
Cash handling experience is key!

Previous dispensary or customer service experience is preferred, not required. Retail sales experience highly preferred.
Working knowledge of cannabis POS systems and METRC would be great, not required, but employees should have basic computer knowledge.
