Alpine Sports in Breckenridge is looking for multiple team members to fill a number of full-time and part-time positions in a fun and exciting work environment at several different locations. We ask that you be able to work as a motivated member of a fun team. We expect you to be fun and friendly, as well as excited to live and work in Breckenridge, Colorado. You will also need to be punctual, outgoing and have great customer service attitude and skills.

Compensation:

Pay Starts at $13 per Hour

Condensed job description:

Ski/Snowboard Tuner: Our repair technicians have a vast knowledge of ski and board construction. Our technicians have the ability to properly tune and repair skis as well as snowboards. They will be certified in all five major bindings and be familiar with models of bindings within the last few years. Accuracy when adjusting and installing bindings is of paramount importance. Ability to work well in a team environment is crucial. Quality of work and focus on service and guest satisfaction are the priorities for this position. Tuning of guests ski and snowboard equipment, correct installation and adjustment of bindings, maintenance of rental fleet, repair of damaged ski and snowboard equipment are all essential duties. A tuner must assist in the rental shop when needed, adhere to all safety procedures as outlined by the safety and risk manager.

Ski/Snowboard technicians: Will be responsible for working with customers on a daily basis. Duties include assisting customers with their equipment, fitting skis/snowboards to customer's skill level, fitting boots, and adjusting bindings to correct tension settings. There is also some retail floor work required. Job will entail working with guests to rent skis and snowboard, selling accessories, upkeep of equipment, running a POS cash register as well as other duties needed to run the store. Candidates should be customer service oriented with an open, friendly personality as we serve a diverse customer base.
