Native Roots is a rapidly-growing upscale cannabis company with many beautiful medical and retail establishments across the state. We are looking for qualified, experienced Budtenders to join our Dillon family.
A caring, considerate and enthusiastic attitude for the industry is a must. Working knowledge of cannabis products as well as all current rules / regulations pertaining to the sale of retail and medical marijuana is highly desired, though training is provided to bring less-familiar parties up to speed. Highly qualified candidates will be familiar with Colorado's Marijuana Inventory Tracking system as well as cannabis store POS systems.
Budtenders will be challenged by sales goals set by management. We are looking for candidates that will creatively contribute to the success and expansion of our company. This position gives a self-driven and motivated candidate room for development and growth. We value our customers as much as we value our employees and strive to create an enjoyable, albeit fast-paced, work environment that focuses on quality service.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and possess a state-issued MED Support or Key Badge. Successful candidates will be able to assert themselves with varied clientele in a high-traffic environment. Upholding Colorado marijuana laws with clients and fellow employees is an essential part of the job and mandatory at Native Roots.
