Sales Manager
Career opportunity for a highly motivated, goal-oriented sales manager selling advertising services. FanBase LLC is a rapidly growing advertising company looking for the perfect addition to help take the business to the next level. You will be selling in a competitive industry but will be advantaged with a unique set of advertising products, and the task of primarily renewing customers in our existing markets. This position will be based out of your home, with considerable time spent meeting with customers and occasional visits to our office.
You should be a self-starter with excellent hunting and closing skills in a one to two-call close selling cycle. You'll be working independently yet be accountable for productive sales behaviors and the company's sales goal attainment. This position requires excellent listening skills, a strong personal presence, motivation, and a closing mindset. The right person will take pride and accountability for the overall sales growth of the company and will serve right alongside the owner.
Experience as a commission based sales representative is a huge plus. You should have at least two years of sales experience. Once on the team you will have the opportunity to receive ongoing professional development as well as more career opportunities within the organization. A bachelor's degree is a huge plus and being proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. This is a base plus commission, full time position, located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
