As the Group Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assisting Group Sales Managers and Director of Group Sales, with projects as assigned.
2. Organizing and maintain sales reports including pipeline report, and GLR goals for all group locations.
3. Organizing and maintain Box.com Group folders and files to remain relevant
4. Maintaining e-channel group listings and images on affiliate web sites used to market meetings and weddings.
5. Assisting Group Sales Director with the preparation and submittal of quarterly email campaign forms and enter website promo information as needed.
6. Updating group website pages in Drupal with fresh imagery and content
7. Assisting group sales department with property site tours and FAM presentations as needed.
8. Assisting Group Sales Managers with entry of group blocks and block adjustments in V12 as needed.
9. Assist Group Catering Manager with coordination of on-site group events.
10. Actively using Word, Excel, V12, Hotel Sales Pro, Drupal and NAVIS systems.
11. Project management assistance as needed with marketing, sales and property collateral needs.
12. General correspondence and email communication within the company & externally to support Group Sales.
13. Assisting Director of Group Sales with preparation of HOA Board and Homeowner presentations as needed.
