Reputable Contractor in Summit County seeks qualified Tradesmen and Laborers for ongoing deck replacement projects. We have numerous sizeable contracts already in place and expect more thru the summer.
Looking for 2-4 man crews
Currently, all are tear out and replace style projects. We supply all materials just need the labor and follow thru on the demo and install side of things.
Projects are ready to start mid-May and should run thru the entire summer.
We also have numerous other Window Replacement, Condo Remodels and Addition projects to possibly assist with as well. But my focus is finding crews for these deck projects
Must have Insurance and be willing to sign our Annual Sub Agreement and Exhibits which cover expectations, minimal work standards, and guidelines, etc
Compensation can be T & M for some projects with a Cap or other projects a Set Bid Price. TBD
