The Solaris Residences is looking for a full-time, year-round Maintenance/Engineering Tech to join our team. The schedule for this job is 4 afternoon/evenings a week, from 12:30pm - 11:00pm, with 3 days off in a row. The Solaris Residences is one of the most exclusive, high-end properties in North America. Tech's are responsible for responding to all maintenance issues in and around the property, and generally keeping the property in a like new condition. Responsibilities include: light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, A/V, IT, pools, painting and staining, mechanical, appliances, etc. Experience is preferred, but not necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate. A strong work ethic and a great attitude are a must. Shifts include holidays, weekends and evenings. Wages start at $18/hr, and go up depending on experience and skills.
