Local, family owned utility/civil contractor is looking for self motivated, safety conscious heavy equipment operators.
Primary responsibilities and job requirements:
-Safe work practices are required
-Must be reliable and punctual
-Communicate and work successfully with employers, crew members and supervisors
-Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
-Must have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, good communication skills and be very safety oriented
-Work safely around heavy equipment
-Previous utility/excavation experience is a plus
-Minimum 2 years experience operating heavy equipment (multiple types preferred)
-Ability to understand and follow specific instructions
-Must have a valid drivers licence and reliable transportation to and from the job site
Job locations will be in Grand and Summit County
Both seasonal and year 'round positions are available
Work is Monday-Friday with a good potential for overtime
