We’re seeking a
Center Director who has the drive and passion to support a Federally QualifiedHealth Center (FQHC) in Aurora, Colorado.The Center Director ensuresour clinic site operateseffectively,efficiently and consistent with the Salud model of care delivery, focusing on Salud’s mission and goals included in the strategic plan. The Center Director approaches his/her tasks in a team-based fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. Providesoperationalleadership at the clinic and manages all aspects of the clinic’s health care delivery system, excludingprovider-patient care and clinical protocols which are led by the Site Medical Director. Operational leadership functions shall be carried out through the implementation of a leadership team approach to shared decision making among the Medical Director, and Center Director
We offer:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Nursing, or other health-related fields strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. A Master’s degree in a health-related field is preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Experience:Three years of experience managing and leading a health clinic that targets low-income, underserved populations and/or other healthcare supervisory experience.
Licensure/Certification:Not required, however, licensure/certification in nursing or other health related field is preferred.
