Equal parts visionary, strategist, orchestrator, and mentor, the Creative Director shapes & oversees our company-wide standard in design, marketing, and experience excellence. Through a comprehensive understanding of brand, global trends, art, and the consumer journey, the Creative Director leads a team of creatives across asset categories to achieve our vision and standards. The Creative Director reports to the Chief Brand Officer and also works closely with our owners to ensure that brand manifestations across digital, print, retail, apparel, experiential and more achieve our expectations and potential.
Essential Job Functions
This job operates regularly indoors in a professional office environment or in a mountain resort environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
A physical assessment (Work Ready) is required for certain positions.
Skiing or Snowboarding is required for certain positions.
