    1. User experience & design
    2. Thought leadership (blogs, white-papers, etc)
    3. sales/continuous work identification
    4. Mentorship/Practice Leader

    Responsibilities include:

    • Heavy user/client research
    • Conception
    • Design
    • Refinement of signature experiences that address our clients, project(s), and design objectives.

    As part of Dev IQ, you will drive UX efforts for a broad range of projects and platforms.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years experience as a UX designer within a collaborative fast paced environment
    • A portfolio demonstrating breadth and creativity
    • Strong written/oral/presentation communication skills
    • Consulting experience
    • Strong interest in and aptitude for learning new technology and design skills
    • Hands-on experience working across platforms and devices
    • Managed a digital strategy from end to end
    • Knowledge of html, css, vue.js, Javascript, etc with the ability to work closely with engineers to implement designs.
    • Proficiency with current design and collaboration tools (Adobe CC, Sketch, Invision, etc)
    • Experience in developing software UX/UI a huge plus
