Seeking Project Manager for Construction Management company
Soft Skills sought include a candidate with curiosity, initiative and adaptability. We seek a critical thinker and problem solver who will seek guidance and help when needed and then execute with promptness.
Hard skills sought include a candidate with prior project construction management experience including budget management, schedule creation and management, vendor/subcontractor management, contracts, submittals, and other associated administrative management.
Candidate should be computer literate including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), have comfort utilizing project management software, and solid written language and communication skills.
We are looking for someone who is interested in growing into their role and place within our small team, with support from Admin and Senior Project Management.
Standard hours are within the time frame of 7:30am 4:30pm M-F; Major holidays paid off.
