We have a position available for someone to place follow-up calls to our customers. It pays $11.10/hr & there are no benefits. Available time is M-T-W-F, flexible part-time hours during our open hours of 8:30-5:30. General job duties would consist of-
Calling customers to see if they received their order & if they have any questions.
Triaging any questions or problems.
Using a laptop PC for email, website, pulling up customer orders etc.
Typical office environment.
Knowledge of car parts is a plus.
Excellent customer service phone skills a must.
Anywhere from 10 - 30 hours per week
