Busy Restaurant Located in Steamboat Springs is seeking to hire an assistant restaurant manager.
Assist the general manager in overseeing restaurant operations; coordinates the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Understands and implements all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training and scheduling programs.
This is a part time position with the potential to be full time and growth opportunities within the company.
Our ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, is professional, extremely organized, has good rapport with fellow co-workers and have excellent customer service skills.
Duties include but are not limited to:
*Scheduling
*Taking reservations
*Setting up each night for success
*Executing existing policies
*Assisting general manager with with daily tasks
*Data entry
*Running Errands
*Inventory
*Ordering
*Organizing Training Programs
* Has some wine knowledge
