Busy downtown Restaurant serving casual gastropub style fare looking for BOH professionals who hold a passion for cooking, as well as presentation. We use only, fresh ingredients, scratch made daily and take pride in our affordable menu.
Requirements include but not limited to;
*2 years BOH experience
*Commitment to plating presentation consistency and attention to detail a must
*20-40 hours a week. Open availability a plus, weekends a plus
*Able to receive direction and feedback
*Able to follow recipes and techniques
*Fully understands serve safe practices
*Experience in kitchen leadership roles a plus
*Work in a well equipped, modern, clean kitchen
*Top industry earning potential / local living wage
*Daily shift meal and uniform provided
*Employee bonus programs based on hours worked
*Potential pay increases after 30 day review
