The Bistro at Marshdale is looking for a full time cold line cook to assist our culinary team. Our vision is to be the premiere dining establishment in the mountain community and we do that through building relationships by serving positive memories in a healthy environment.Job responsibilities would include:
Ability to cook on line nightly – weekends/holidays
Knowledge of prep, knife skills, checking in orders
The Bistro at Marshdale is looking for a candidate with qualities that include;

Schedule 5 days / week: 45-55 hours per week. Majority shifts 1pm – Close (10-11pm)
