La Bottega Restaurant and Wine Bar is currently hiring for daytime bartender/supervisor. We are seeking a dependable, focused and outgoing individual to work in this busy, established restaurant. The daytime shift is from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. and requires flexible days off. This is a great opportunity for the right individual.
Job Description:
-stocking bar daily
-assisting with inventory
-beverage control
-good knowledge of wines
-ability to supervise other employees
-take phone orders and assist with reservations
-good knowledge of and ability to create new cocktails
-maintain a clean and friendly environment
-excellent interaction skills with both customers and fellow employees
-a good attitude
Job Requirements:
-may be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
-lifting and stretching
-prior experience in similar position
-prior supervisory experience
-ability to work with minimal supervision
-good knowledge of front and back of house POS systems
