At The Bistro in Evergreen, our vision statement is to be the premier dining establishment for the mountain community. We are an independently owned, community focused restaurant and we are looking for an eager, reliable and passionate Hot Line Cook. Our ideal candidate will help us build relationships by serving positive memories in a healthy environment. Other qualities include:

Full time 38-45 hours/week. Hours on average 1-9.30pm, Must be available for Sunday day shifts too. Weekends and holidays. Shifts scheduled 1 month in advance. 35-40K per year based on experience.
