We are looking for an ethical , smart, well educated line cook / sous Chef to support our chefs de cuisine and able to work saute and pantry and pastry . Your skills are essential and valued in a small team with high energy. We utilizing many local ingredients , raised at farms and ranches close by. We are cooking seasonal with Italian European flair in an elevated but approachable style of cuisine. Clean and versed in health standards.
