Colorado Product Services, a cannabis cultivation company, is seeking an Executive Chef for our growing team. This role will also be working outside of the kitchen in developing new recipes, hiring and training kitchen staff, maintaining an inventory of food and following food budget, maintaining PAR, doing Purchase Orders, communicating with Director of MIP, Logistics, Kitchen Staff, Production Manager, and completing other administrative tasks as necessary.

Current Responsibilities will include:

-Managing day to day responsibilities of kitchen staff

-Use organizational, leadership and food preparation skills.

-Oversee production of 21 skus of food while following SOP's for recipes, dosage and Servsafe in a consistent, ethical and professional manner at all times.

-Help in development and creation of SOP's.

-Keep and maintain impeccable data sheets.

-Transfer data between departments.

-Assist and organize food vendor relationships, invoices, and purchase orders.

-Take and organize inventory.

-Maintain employee schedule for the kitchen as well as attendance.

-Be responsible for hiring, firing, interviewing, disciplining, training and maintaining staff.

-Responsible for METRC and compliance aspects.

-Oversee the production of natural medicine menu while following the SOPs for recipes, dosage, and ServSafe exactly every time.

-Maintaining MIP in Progress Spreadsheet

- Managing Oil Log

-Create and update SOPs as needed

- Create and update recipes as needed

-Production Schedule- Responsible for any edible samples to be submitted for testing. Follow edible sampling plan

-Maintain linen and uniform inventory kitchen, packaging and extractions

-Maintain and Document Medical and Recreational Process Validation

-Maintain cleanliness standards of CPS.

-Remain professional and ethical at all times.

EEOE. Pay depends on experience. Must be 21+ in order to work in the cannabis industry, and be willing to obtain or currently possess a Key Badge through the State of Colorado. METRC experience desired, and those applicants with well written resumes and a cover letter will be given priority.
