GNAR is looking for an experienced kitchen staff for the Ridgway location.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to maintain standards that meet the GNAR's vision and expectations
Order supplies, food and ingredients based on rapidly shifting demand
Ability to cross-train in different stations as necessary
Schedule and oversee necessary maintenance and repairs on appliances and major equipment
Respond to guest questions and complaints
Maintain high level of customer service
SKILLS:
Experienced chef
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Capable of conducting and assessing restaurant inventory
Willing to work a flexible schedule
Experience with delegating tasks and maintaining fast speed of service
