Qualifications: The ideal manager candidate should have successful previous experience in a restaurant setting, plus strong skills in the areas of coaching and training, customer service, organization and planning, and the ability to accomplish the sales and profit goals. College degree or equivalent experience in operations; and one year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
