Seeking an assistant to the General Manager for multifaceted business with good time management skills. Must have Microsoft Office experience with in-depth spreadsheet knowledge and Quickbooks experience. Position includes working with POS system, maintaining master calendar, assist with weekly deposits and banking, accounts payable, scheduling, ordering supplies, phone answering, mail distribution and filing.
