Required Background and Experience:
The qualified applicant will have:
Ability to use Microsoft Office (or equivalent), email, internet research, create and maintain spreadsheets and schedules, and other general administrative duties
Essential Functions of the Position: Due to our small staff, each person is required to perform many different tasks that cannot be distributed readily. Accordingly, the applicant will be prepared to perform the following on a regular basis:
Job Responsibilities Include:
Updating and investigating tracking information on all shipments
Receiving shipments
Receiving furniture on site or in the field
Getting product and services quotes
Coordinating installations
Requesting fabric and leather samples
Creating proposals using IVY software program
Stay up to date on email correspondence
Submit/manage claims for product and delivery issues
Data entry, presentations, etc.
Scheduling meetings
Greeting clients/reps
Customer service
Filing and keeping client files organized and up to date
Tidying office
Ordering office supplies
