We are looking for motivated, intelligent, curious and creative people to join our garden crews for the 2019 season (mid-June through mid-November) and beyond. Opportunities exist to join our small but growing management team to create a fulfilling permanent career that includes up to two months off over the winter months. Possible part time work throughout winter with Holiday Decorating.
The work is fast-paced detail work in the landscape; mostly by hand, not power tools. We are better described as professional gardeners than landscapers; our work is generally within ornamental/perennial garden beds.
The ideal candidate will be a reliable, hard-working, fun, respectful and flexible team-player who can also work independently. Knowledge of plants and gardening may be helpful, however it is more important we find a person who has a good attitude and is looking to expand their gardening and management skills.
Career opportunities start at $13.50 an hour with regular raises for team members who enjoy the work, embrace the company culture, and show leadership ability. Full time preferred, full days mandatory.
MUST have a driver's license; clean driving record is a plus.
