Job Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair ventilation, air conditioning systems, and equipment
Analyze & identify maintenance risks on equipment
Perform emergency repair promptly and efficiently
Maintain daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
Communicate with customers and clients efficiently and effectively, must be presentable & able to work with different tenants.
Job Requirements:
At least 6 months 1 year HVAC experience
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Consent to a criminal background check
Valid drivers license
Must be able to operate a company vehicle and be insured
Able to travel out of town if necessary
Non-Monetary Compensation:
Uniforms available upon request
After temporary to hire period, available compensation includes commission and bonuses
