We are seeking a couple or single individual to live in a beautiful private one or two bedroom sunny apartment with river views, patios, fireplace, whirlpool tubs, great kitchen, washer and dryer. We want someone to care for their space and also assist us with our home. We can hire out some of our assistance, so don't feel like you need to do all of these tasks, but here are the areas we can use assistance in:
Groundskeeping mowing, weedeating, some watering, pruning, weeding, snow shoveling?
Exterior house and trail and road maintenance and Mr Fixit type indoor projects.
Additional duties could include housekeeping 4 or 5 hrs/wk, ? sewing, organizing, bookkeeping ordering, researching, shopping, errands.
We also have a sideroll sprinkler we operate in the summer that a successful applicant could move daily, about1 hr/day.
It is anticipated that we need about 8-10 hrs of indoor work and 8-10 hrs of maintenance/outdoor work/wk which would be done in trade for the two bedroom, two bath apartment which would include all utilities. gas, electric, Starlink internet, Dish network, Waste Management. Also included is the use of irrigation water and land for a garden, use of a large greenhouse, electric car for errands. There is also an RV hookup on the farm.
Additional hours beyond trade hours will be compensated at $20-$25/hr.
We experience a milder winter here than in Durango and later beautiful sunsets. It is quiet and peaceful and we seek neighbors (the success applicants) that value privacy, quiet and nature. We also own a business that is looking for a maintenance/groundskeeper. Our previous caretaker here also helped us and provided maintenance at our business for 5 years.
