Analytics Platform Product Team Facilitation Analyst
Seeking a project lead with business analysis skills. Candidates will be asked to address a mix of overarching process design and facilitation along with the occasional topic specific business analysis task.
Facilitate recurring, cross-functional stakeholder meetings including prioritizing agenda, maintaining calendars and webex, coordinating guest participants, capturing and circulating well-formed notes, and tracking follow up activities.
Working with the Product Manager, help setup new business procedures relating to technical support, vendor management, team intake, training, financial planning, and other processes supplemental to our agile delivery.
Willing and able to take on smaller content specific business analysis topics for the Analytics Platform. Assignments could include investigation into unique user challenges, research into integrated user procedures that span technical components, or background and fact finding related to new requests and designs.
Candidates must have solid verbal and written communication, and experience leading projects or initiatives.
Familiarity with data & analytic technical solutions is a plus. Familiarity with agile delivery practices also a plus.
Education:
Minimum of BA or equivalent business experience.
