The Growth and Marketing Analytics team is looking a talented with start-up mindset Digital Marketing Analytics - Advisor (Manager) who specializes in Digital / Web Analytics and measurement (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
The candidate will work alongside the current Growth and Marketing Analytics data scientists to help derive meaningful and actionable insights from the site. Additionally, the analyst will also need to be able to build, visualize, and implement full scale Tableau dashboards to help internal and external business partners understand site metrics.
This position is with Evernorth, a new business within the Cigna Corporation.
Perform data collection, extraction, manipulation, and aggregation of web data from the analytics platform in order to draw meaningful insights Create, Analyze reports using Adobe analytics and ingest into measurement and data science infrastructure Build, visualize, and communicate site metrics in a Tableau dashboard to help various teams across the organization understand site performance Provide site tagging recommendations and best practices in order to support data and analytics initiatives to better track business goals, marketing efforts, and audience development Develop point of view and recommendations on how to utilize web analytics data more effectively in media targeting Collaborate with data scientists on visualizing predictive modeling results in a Business Intelligence Dashboard (Tableau) to track model performance Support one off and ad-hoc analytic requests
8 years relevant work experience in digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Liveramp, Google Analytics, etc.
5 years of experience in Tableau and ability to build dashboards from the ground up Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external teams and ability to provide insights and analysis to technical and non-technical audiences Excellent in story building through insights and conveying business value through communication Familiarity with marketing campaign measurement and marketing channel optimization B2B Sales and funnel knowledge is highly recommended Certification in Adobe Analytics and Tableau a plus
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in analytical field of study (Math, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, etc.)
Certification in Adobe Analytics and Tableau a plus
