We are currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Desktop Engineer to join our client s team onsite in Bloomfield, CT or Philadelphia, PA. This opportunity is a 3-month contract with a possibility of extension.

Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:

• Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), break-fix, and end user support activities as required
• Stage, build, and image systems with standard client image
• Complete special projects as requested
• Provide technical training to junior employees
• Troubleshoot end user hardware and software incidents
• Follow asset management policy and procedures
• Complete monthly cycle counts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of desk side support service experience
• A+, MCP, MSCE or equivalent certification desired
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
• Good knowledge of Mac device support may be required
• Strong understanding of MS Windows operating systems
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytic / troubleshooting skills
• Strong customer support skills

$27.50 - $28.45 per hour Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
