Delivery Leader - Data & Analytics.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of your clients/prospects business goals, competition, growth plans and obstacles.
• Drive solutioning and program manage to deliver data and analytics capabilities working closely with global practice delivery teams on technology solutions.
• Provide technical & architecture guidance for large data modernization programs mainly in the AWS and Snowflake platforms to a Fortune 500 company - in the Analytics & Information Management spectrum.
• Additionally, engage with high growth customers in Data & Digital areas to play an advisory role to customers and prospects and provide thought leadership for technology & Business transformation recommendations in various technology areas.

Key competencies:
Ideal candidate will have an overall 15 – 18 years of work experience with at least 5 years in Delivery, Solution architecture/ Technical Consulting in the area of Analytics in AWS cloud and Snowflake platforms.
Good understanding of global delivery model and experience of working with teams based remotely
Strong understanding of data to insight value chain (Data Integration, Data Management, Big Data, BI, Reporting)
A good understanding of the digital ecosystem
Prior experience in Media and Entertainment domain would be nice to have
The ability to identify client challenges and develop creative solutions in close collaboration with clients and Data & analytics practice at LTI.
The ability to effectively and persuasively communicate with Fortune 500 decision makers (typically SVP level)
A demonstrable track record of high performance
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
