Candidates must be skilled at networking across a matrixed organization, maintaining a focus on what success looks like within a dynamic business environment, and translating data into information that is clearly linked to business objectives.Primary Responsibilities:

Gather, Interpret, and archive global depot performance data applying meaningful statistical analysis

Lead the generation of monthly & annual reports on global depot performance

Develop and maintain key metrics for global depot success

Analysis of baseline and continuous improvement metric results

Prepare monthly contractual deliverables for delivery to customer on depot performance

Provide timely monthly/quarterly support and business reporting for customer program reviews

Lead the analytics of realized workload to support forecast modeling validation

Develop data driven strategic initiatives to improve performance across the global depot network

Lead the alignment of data input sources to drive, accuracy, robustness, and timeliness

Education/Certifications:A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of industry experience in operational, program management, or logistics roles Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite US Citizen due to government contracts Have the ability to obtain a government security clearancePreferred Qualifications: Advanced Degree with a preference for MBA or MS Business Analytics 5+ years of aerospace or logistics experience Minitab or other Data Analysis, Statistical & Process Improvement Tools Knowledge of Statistical Process ControlUnited Technologies Corporation is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
