DescriptionOfficeTeam has an incredible opportunity available for an entry level marketing assistant. This individual will be responsible for supporting the operations of a high velocity team and this position will start the first week in December.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Works as a member of the production team in the implementation of marketing content for all distribution channels and mediums. Aggregates, proofs and inputs data for various print/digital marketing communications Coordinates information exchange with internal support teams including Marketing Managers, Investment Research, National Accounts, Compliance, Sales and Service Responsible for executing marketing operations including but not limited to daily workflow, tracking, reporting, project management and fulfillment coordination Routes materials through automated approval workflow and ensures integrity of final versions for print, digital and archiving Oversees collection of information needed to develop new marketing materials as well as marshaling materials through the development, production and approval process Constructs clear mark ups to Creative for versioning adjustments in keeping with Creative standards Executes quarterly update of mutual fund materials Produces and maintains marketing collateral for distribution channels Project coordinator for campaign logistics from inception to delivery. Manages firm and affiliate policy mailings Assists with coordination of conference calls, events and webinars. This would be on the administrative side, deciding who is invited on the calls, and where to ship the product.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Excels in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and executing responsibilities with minimal errors Works collaboratively in a team environment Excellent writing, editing and communication skills; detail oriented Excellent project management skills, Agile Management a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively Ability to think outside of the box to bring new ideas to projects Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Experience in Mac environments is a plus Familiarity with or interest in the financial services industryRequirementsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field. 1+ years of experienceWe anticipate this position will be filled before the end of the week, don't delay, call today!
