Assistant Manager, needed for our growing business. Responsibilities, work with office staff and customers to develop our Brand and gross profit. Estimate projects to produce a win/win scenario for our customers, and our company. Respond to and personally complete one-man projects as needed. Connect and work with our sub-contractors to ensure a great experience to our customers, as well as developing a larger team, of qualified sub-contractors.
Qualifications
Knowledge of all levels of construction and home renovation.
Be willing to work, to educate staff, and consumers on details of projects, and create a positive experience.
Be able to personally complete most home improvements projects.
Be able to manage sub-contractors.
Be current on local code and regulation.
