Russell Speeders Car Wash in Avon is looking to hire motivated, professional, Detail Associates. We are a high volume, fast paced, high energy, car wash! No college degree required plus paid on-going training

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Inspect vehicle for defects, such as dents and scratches
Wash, wax, and buff the vehicle, clean interior and exterior windows
Vacuum and scrub interior of vehicle
Use appropriate cleaning agents, applicators and cleaning devices
Apply dressing on tires and tire wells
Operate all tools in a safe manner by using proper eye, hand & body protection
Report any safety issues immediately to management
Resolve customer concerns
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
$12 per hour + Tips - most of our associates average an additional $2-$3/hour with Tips
Flexible Scheduling
Paid Time Off (PTO) (1 Week after 1 year - 2 weeks after 2 years - 3 weeks after 3 years)
