We are looking for individuals with a range of skills and interest in large-scale clean energy demonstration projects, particularly in renewable systems, carbon capture and removal, hydrogen, and nuclear energy technologies.The Mid-level Communication supports the development of public facing documents and other media to maintain a positive public image.

Writes press releases and prepares information for Stakeholders.

Responds to information requests from the Stakeholders.

Supports planning and development of communications plans and products.

Draft speeches and arranges interviews for leadership.

Evaluates public opinion through social media.

Evaluates outreach programs to determine whether they are compatible with their organization’s public relations efforts.

Help maintain image, identity, and reputation.

REQUIREMENTS

Requires bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of previous communications or public relations experience or a master’s degree plus 3 years of previous communications or public relations experience.

Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.

Clean Energy experience desired but not required.

Remote position on eastern time zone.

Experience in DOE environment is preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.  Work is mostly sedentary in nature but will require periodic standing and walking and lifting.  Must have good vision and be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.  Management Solutions LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
