Description: Seasoned Agile trained Project Manager (PM) to work directly with Department of Social Service staff as well as third party/vendor to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
The incumbent should be familiar with a variety of the project management concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Work as a delivery lead and perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others and must be a team player. Will report to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate resources for the delivery through the SDLC of a case management system using Salesforce platform
Ensure that all project milestones and deliverables are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Develop a project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope and schedule using appropriate verification techniques
Prepare reports for management and the stakeholders regarding the status of the project
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Communicate and provide notification of the schedule as it is developed and the impact
Delegate project tasks to team members as needed
Track project performance
Perform other related duties as assigned
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and document processes as needed
Requirements:
Proven working experience in project management
Agile SDLC process experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Salesforce experience
RPA experience a plus
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
