We are looking for

• Minimum experience of 9-10 years.
• At least 6 to 8 years of experience with Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
• At Least 4 to 5 years of experience in handling data warehouse agile projects.
• Excellent understanding of SaFE Agile principles and good knowledge of other agile frameworks as well.
• Conduct PI planning sessions with all stakeholders and track progress of multiple scrum teams.
• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
• Expertise in agile estimation practices and in planning.
• Work with product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
• Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
• Should have knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
• Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills.
• Experience in using tools like JIRA, RTC.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience in Healthcare domain.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
