job summary:
Looking for Solution Architect with hands on experience producing end-to-end solution models rapidly with focus on non-functional requirements, UML experience and experience with Contact Center technologies (IVR, telephony). Need to be (OR) as it is a C2H position.

responsibilities:
Must demonstrate a deep knowledge of architectural principles and describe the employment of those on several projects
Demonstrates architecture experience producing end-to-end solution models rapidly with focus on non-functional requirements
Strong UML experience
Significant experience with systems integration and platform integration
Adept at requirements analysis, estimation, systems and application design
Excellent collaboration, influencing, and consensus-building skills. Ability to work with persons in all job functions (e.g. product, development).
