responsibilities:
Responsible for being a supportive and proactive member of the Randstad Technologies Solution's team while demonstrating professionalism and thought leadership through colleague and client interactions. Expected to lead by example while maintaining a client focus and execute job responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
- Account Ownership / Management: Assist Delivery Director managing relationships with key client executives at one of Randstad Technologies largest clients. Potential for managing multiple clients. Includes:
o Contributing to project plan development, objectives and deadline setting, as well as monitoring team progress against plan
o Ensuring project compliance with milestones, business objectives, and client goals
o Building strong relationships with both internal and external executives
o Working independently on engagement tasks while directing junior resource efforts
o Liaison with the client to gain a thorough understanding of business vision and direction. Ensure efforts align with that direction
o Develop policies, processes, development programs to elevate the organization to meet client needs
o Recommend business development strategies and process improvement
- Resource Management: engaging and managing resources on the account. Includes:
o Manage account resources and ensure client expectations are met
o Recruit new resources, capacity plan, conduct performance management
o Onboard and train new resources to minimize the ramp-up time
o Guide and mentor technical resources
- Practice Development: contribute to overall practice success. Includes:
o Providing thought leadership on technology trends and developments
o Identify opportunities to develop and review intellectual capital
o Providing inputs to the hiring process of new Solution Services candidates
o Performing mentoring responsibilities for junior members of the team
o Supporting company culture and ensuring timely communication
- Lead Qualification and Proposal Development: serve as a proposal design and development manager. Includes:
o Assist in the pursuit of business opportunities (new and existing clients)
o Qualify opportunity leads from the field to ensure fit with offerings and likelihood of pursuit success
o Assist with creation of proposal outlines and schedules
o Collaborate with internal lead qualification team to score opportunities based on strategic and financial value, competitive differentiation, and relationship maturity
o Create or assist custom presentations and credentials, based on competency or industry vertical
o Manage and coordinate with other proposal teams on complex deals impacting more than one practice area
o Ensure proposals are uploaded and indexed within collaboration tool for future use/reference
