The Golf Club of Avon is looking for experienced candidates who enjoy working in a fast paced atmosphere and catering to the needs of all members alike. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and new cocktails to exceed members needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
â¢Work as part of a team to provide all members with excellent service and a quality product in a hospitable environment.
â¢Prepare or deliver alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
â¢Interact with customers, take drink and or food orders, deliver drinks and food.
â¢Restock and replenish supplies for the next shift.
â¢Stay member focused and nurture an excellent member experience.
â¢Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Requirements
â¢Proven experience as a server and or bartender.
â¢Knowledge of drinks and specific recipes
â¢Able to learn POS systems quickly
â¢Ability to keep work environment clean, organized, and stocked.
â¢Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
