Artisan Restaurant in the Delamar Hotel in West Hartford is looking for a Garde Manger and a Grill Chef.
We are looking for an experienced Garde Manger Chef, the job entails making dressing from scratch, shucking shell fish, cooking lobster and running the service.
We are also looking for a seasoned Grill Chef that understands the meat grilling, resting and plating process.
The candidates should have at least 3 years of experience working in fine dining restaurant.
These is a great opportunity for a motivated cook to join a dynamic culinary team.
These is a full-time, year round position that include benefits.
The positions will include lunch and/or dinner shifts as well as weekend shifts.
