The award winning HBC is searching for multiple assistant managers to assist with the smooth operation of our retail cafes.
Position details:
Title: Assistant Manager
Reports to: General manager
Required days: Regularly 5 days, 6 days may be necessary during busy times of year
Required hours: 40-50 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Drive store sales growth and profitability
- Supervise, train, and motivate the retail team
- Assist director of culinary operations to manage line cooks and savory production.
- Manage schedules and vacation requests
- Inventory management
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and recommend changes where necessary
- Ensure all company policies and regulations are followed including all cleaning and maintenance requirements
- Keeping labor costs and COGS in line with company goals
