We are looking to fill two openings in our Trumbull Kitchen location. Trumbull Kitchen is located in downtown Hartford where our Executive Chef continues to build menus that wow our guests. His passion and creativity set his restaurant and menu apart from our others with classic items and a slight Asian flare. This location caters to the bustle of downtown's theatre goers, concert attendees and fans as it is just across from the XL center. Private events are held in the location and mezzanine which is perfect for those intimate gatherings.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of how to work stations on the line and be cross trained if not. Ability to understand the kitchen and have precise time management. Know quality items, key ingredients and be able to execute dishes flawlessly. The candidate will be open to learning new items, be creative and offer our guest a world class dining experience through their food.
