The Bantam Bread Company is located in the borough of Bantam in the town of Litchfield. For the past 23 years we have a history of baking superior bread and pastry. A friendly cordial relationship is what our customers expect. Food service experience is a plus.
Requirements include but are not limited to:
1. Supervising, scheduling, training and motivating our weekend retail support staff
2. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
3. Expertise in customer satisfaction with the ability to communicate politely with our valued patrons
4. Must be self-motivated
5. References are a must
6. Maintain inventory of packaging and specialty products.
This is a 5 day week. We are hoping to hire two people to split the week and work out the times together. Scheduling must be posted and approved
