Position Responsibilities
Use of QuickBooks, responsible for day to day entries, accounts receivable and payable.
General ledger reconciliation, prepare bank reconciliation, prepare monthly and year end reports.
Processing of invoices, purchase orders, payments and distribution.
Payroll processing and distribution.
Typing, answering phones and other related duties.
Position Qualifications
Solid knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of SAP and ShopTech (E2)
Associates Degree or equivalent in years of experience.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, team player to move the company forward.
Candidate must be resourceful, dedicated and experience working with sensitive information.
