Small General Contracting company seeking experienced Project Manager. Must be familiar with public work (certified payrolls, construction schedules, submittals, etc.). The ideal candidate will have estimating experience as well as strong administrative and computer skills. The position will consists of managing current and future state/federally funded projects. Candidate will act on behalf of the company with clients, architects, building officials and state agencies. This is an excellent opportunity for a self driven individual to become part of a growing company. Pay, gas cards, etc are based on experience and proven abilities.
